I help people break free from chronic pain, emotional burnout, and the survival mode of living. My approach combines science, intuition, and deep empathy to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. I have always been fascinated by the connection between mind and body, and what began as curiosity gradually grew into a calling that now shapes both my personal and professional life.

I work not only with leaders, entrepreneurs, and athletes who are used to handling high demands, but also with those who want to operate with greater ease, stability, and full access to their potential.
I help individuals who have been functioning at a high level for a long time to break free from chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and survival mode, which often manifests in the physical body as pain, fatigue, or loss of energy. My approach integrates scientific knowledge, subconscious work, and a deep understanding of the mind body connection. I create a space for stabilization and inner regulation, from which clarity, capacity, and long-term mind-body sustainability can emerge.
My professional path is built on experience in public administration and international corporations in the fields of human resources, operations management, and tourism. I have been a source of support that others turn to in moments of pressure, when it is necessary to bring calm, structure, and clear leadership. I spent nearly ten years living and working in the United Kingdom and Sweden, where I developed the ability to function in dynamic and demanding environments, managing change, uncertainty, and high expectations with ease and resilience.
I studied andragogy and further specialized in hypnotherapy, coaching, attachment work, and relationship patterns, as well as nervous system regulation and subconscious work. I trained with leading global experts and internationally recognized figures in the field of mind body, and subconscious work, such as Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Gabor Maté, Brian Weiss, and Marisa Peer. I integrate these approaches with my own practice, so they are fully applicable in the real lives of people who need to sustain consistent, high-level performance.
My work has also been profoundly shaped by personal experience with chronic migraines and long-term overload. During a pivotal life transition, when I moved to a new country, was pregnant, and working from home, daily migraines brought me to a point where it was no longer possible to keep functioning through sheer force. Conventional medicine did not offer a solution. The turning point came when I began working with subconscious patterns; this is where the foundation I was operating from truly changed.
Today, I work with clients who have already tried many approaches, yet their psychological or physical symptoms persist. Together, we go deep, identify key patterns, and build a system that supports stable and sustainable internal alignment.
Part of my work includes collaboration with X Team LIVE; a platform focused on elite athletes and leaders in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. In this work, we approach health and performance as one interconnected system, working with the mind, body, hydration, supplementation, and environment, always with a strong emphasis on individualization. This approach supports focus, resilience, recovery, and long-term sustainable performance.
At the same time, I contribute my expertise and experience to the Roztáhnout křídla Foundation (https://roztahnoutkridla.cz), which was created to support women going through major life crises, whether due to physical or mental illness, loss, traumatic divorce, toxic relationships, or burnout.
I live in the Czech Republic with my Latino partner, a doctor who shares my values. Together, we are raising two wonderful children. Motherhood, partnership, and living abroad have become my greatest teachers of patience and presence.
