What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT is a special form of hypnotherapy. It combines hypnosis and other unique techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and psychotherapy. RTT was created by British therapist Marisa Peer. It is an effective and fast method that permanently changes how you feel, think and act. RTT powerfully and permanently transforms the lives of people around the world.

Unlike conventional psychotherapy, RTT works with the deepest and unconscious part of your mind. Thanks to this, RTT allows me to change any areas of my clients' lives that are not working for them. RTT is used extensively with regard to changing bad habits, managing stress, working with anxiety, depression or fears. The results are quick and lasting. I work with clients all over the world to eliminate unwanted patterns of behavior that they repeat over and over again and cannot change on their own.

 

RTT therapy with me takes about 2-3 hours. It is a very pleasant and deep relaxation and stress-relieving process, during which the core of your problem is found, understood and realigned. Through a personalised recording you will ensure you anchor new habits and feel lasting change.
